do a system restore from SAFE MODE … tap F8 repeatedly when booting up — then, once in safe mode, do system restore to earlier date — worked for me

BEFORE I did anything with malwarebytes, i log’d onto “safe mode” and deleted the antivirus program (yes it will let you there) delete any other subfolders. start up your computer and run the malwarebytes program. this worked for me..

Please post the name and address of the rat bastard who created and propogated this virus. It’s a pain in the ass. A stoning in the village square is appropriate punishment.
    A slow stoning…

  23. w5cdt on March 1st, 2011 1:55 pm

malwarebytes worked for me. But your browser gets re-directed by this bastard virus. So I downloaded to a un-infected machine and mailed it to myself. Cheers to MalwareBytes…good stuff!

I agree I just spent 16 hours cleaning this SHIT off my computer. It entered my system from a contaminated update of SpyBot Search and Destroy. I couldn’t believe it! Fuck the SpyBot idiots for having “dirty” update servers. The solution after 12 hrs of work was MalwareBytes. Bless their hearts.
